The Renovation part 1

	Here it is again, our house at 5 East Terrace, Henley Beach 5022 S.A., Tel.: 08 8356 0978. It is summer now, the sky has changed from a light blue to a strong summer blue. The lawn - I think it died. It doesn't rain here in summer and the irrigation system needs an overhaul. You can't see much of the ongoing renovation because that's mostly inside.
